Worn out from two tour days in a row, we did laundry and loafed in the morning. Looked for our concierge for whom we had edited the info sheet on tours, but she seemed to be off today. For lunch ... a salad of the various leftovers to date, light and delicious.
Couldn't just waste the day away, though, we were off to Walmart in the afternoon to pick up the groceries needed for dinner plans the remainder of our stay.
The kitchen got busy and we enjoyed Pork Piquillo over Green Poblano Rice. An adobo marinade was created and slathered over whole chicken breasts, left to soak it up overnight. Note the tissue origami in the glass in the center of the table -- wow!
And who could argue with another beautiful sunset?
